Utilize Plc's headquarters in Basildon is a working technology office designed around its teams: open workspace, collaboration areas, and meeting rooms with a strong graphic identity. The commission documented the completed fit-out for the company and its design team.

The set shows the workplace as it runs day to day: clean wide frames of the floorplates, the branded details that make the office theirs, and the spaces where people actually meet and work.
