Need more than your rate's image count? Extra images beyond the final selection are £50 each. Light retouching is standard on every image; medium or heavy retouching, such as complicated item removal, is charged at £50 per hour.

From booking to delivery
Book the date
A 50% deposit, cleared at least 5 days before the shoot, secures the booking.
The shoot
Up to 3 or 6 hours on site, shooting to your brief with full lighting and access equipment.
Choose your images
You receive a PDF contact sheet of every frame past the cull, 4 previews per A4 page, and shortlist your 20 or 40. The remaining 50% is due here.
Retouch and delivery
Once settled, your shortlist is retouched at multi-level standard and delivered in high resolution via WeTransfer.

Licensing & cost sharing
Sharing images across
the project team
Your fee licenses the images for your own marketing. Where other parties on the same project want to use them too, such as the developer, contractor, or suppliers, an extended licence adds 30% of the total invoice per additional party, arranged before the main client is invoiced. The main client is billed in full, splits the cost with the other parties at their own discretion, and keeps sole artistic direction of the shoot.
Licensing requested after invoicing is still possible, without the shared-cost discount. A partner who needs their own specific shots books an independent commission.

How much does architectural photography cost?
There are two rates, based on the number of final retouched images: £700 for up to 20 final images with up to 3 hours on site, and £1200 for up to 40 final images with up to 6 hours on site. Both include the photography, a contact sheet to choose from, and strict multi-level retouching of your shortlist.
How do I select my images after the shoot?
You receive a digital PDF contact sheet with previews of every image that made it past the cull. You shortlist the 20 or 40 you want, and those are retouched and delivered in high resolution via WeTransfer. Extra images beyond your rate's count are £50 each.
How does booking and payment work?
A 50% deposit, cleared at least 5 days before the shoot date, secures the booking. The remaining 50% is due on delivery of the contact sheet, and retouching of your shortlist begins once it is settled.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for shoots within London Zones 1 to 4. Beyond that, travel is charged by the mile, or at the cost of travel where a means other than driving is used.
Can several companies share the images?
Yes. An extended licence, arranged before invoicing, adds 30% of the total invoice per additional party and lets each of them use the images for their own marketing. On a £1200 full day shared with 3 other parties, the total is £2280, which works out at £570 per party.
Do you offer video as well as stills?
Yes. Architectural films and site walkthroughs can be added to a photography commission or booked on their own.
